FEMELI PARK, TOV was created as a place where the whole family can spend a day together — children on the rides, parents in the café, everyone at the show.
Our team runs the attractions, cooks the food and organises events all year round.

Who runs the park

We follow the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU data subjects, the GDPR. We never sell personal data.
Buying tickets
You can buy tickets at the gate without giving personal data. For online or group bookings we need a contact name, phone or email, the date and number of visitors. Card payments are processed by the bank — we never see card numbers.
Safety on attractions
For some rides staff check height or age by looking, not by recording. If an accident happens, we write an incident report with the names and contacts of those involved and witnesses, kept for 3 years.
Children in the park
Children visit with adults. We don't collect children's data, except a first name and the accompanying adult's phone for lost-child announcements, or in birthday party bookings made by parents. Party photos are taken only if parents ask.
Restaurant, café and food
Order without giving data. For party menus or catering we note dietary needs and allergies only if you tell us, use them only to cook safely, and delete them after the event.
Gift shop and equipment rental
Shop purchases need no personal data. For rental of equipment (e.g. strollers, event equipment) we may keep a name, phone and an ID number as a deposit record, returned or deleted when the item comes back.
Video in the park
Entrances, ticket desks and rides may be covered by CCTV for safety, with signs. Recordings are kept for up to 30 days unless needed for an incident. Cameras never cover toilets or changing rooms.
Sharing, retention and your rights
- Recipients: medical and emergency services, police (incidents), bank, accountant, IT providers, authorities by law.
- Bookings — 6 months after the visit; contracts and accounting — as required by law.
This website uses no cookies or analytics. The contact form opens your own email app and stores nothing on our side. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
You can ask us to show, copy, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to admin@femeliparktov.xyz — we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. When this policy changes, the date on this page is updated.
